Our Kitchen is the heart of our business, Head Chef Martin has cooked across the world and returning to his native Scotland, has brought this experience home with him. Together with his team Martin sources his produce locally and prepares all dishes on our A la Carte menu fresh to order to ensure quality and flavour are perfect every time. The Scottish Borders is a haven for excellent seasonal produce with a large number of shooting estates on our doorstep and some of Scotlands most innovative small food producers we are spoilt for choice when selecting the dishes for our menus.
If its something more simple that you crave then we have freshly landed Eyemouth Haddock available for superb Fish and Chips and some wonderful Borders Beef to produce our house favourite Steak and Ale pie. Whatever tickles your taste buds there will be something on the menu for you. All our dishes are complimented by a wonderful and reasonably priced winelist and a wide selection of Scottish Beers and Spirits.
